When considering the vision for my company I want to be mindful of the following;
1. Can't separate my business from my life. Business is part of my life. If I am dissatisfied with work I will be dissatisfied at home. I think the vision I have for my life and how my business will contribute to it is what I should be concerned with.
2. The reason I want to be successful is more than money. I want to make money no question about that. However, there is more fulfilment in starting a business than money. I want to contribute. I want to create a company that has a meaningful purpose, contributes to society, provides excellent service and provides a good place to work.
3. I want to operate a business that runs with purpose and direction that can have steady and sustainable growth
4. I want to operate on the principle that I give more than I take and I produce more than I consume.
5. I want t do all this and make a reasonable and just profit
